Forza Sébastien !
It is with a new show of force of Sebastien Loeb that we assisted today on the second stage of the Rally of Sardinia where the Citroen pilot continued to dominate the debates. Loeb, leader, joined the park closed with an advance of almost one minute on Petter Solberg. The Norwegian will have to go to the obviousness, Sebastien is untouchable, and the reason would like that Solberg is satisfied with this second position to which it is firmly hung. The rally however is not played, tomorrow the crews still in race will have to face six special without passing by the assistance... Attention with breakage. As regards the third place, three men are still in string and it is impossible to know which of Mitsubishi de Rovanperä or Peugeot de Grönholm and Märtin will go up on the final podium... As in New Zealand three weeks earlier, Sebastien Loeb (Citroen) dominated over the Sardinian ground of the Rally of Italy, this weekend. Petter Solberg (Subaru) never was able to compete. Besides the Norwegian yields to the French the head of the championship of the world.

second consecutive victory for flying Loeb of a Citroen Xsara WRC untouchable, Sebastien Loeb gains the second edition of the Rally of Sardinia with nearly one minute in advance over its nearer prosecutor, Petter Solberg, winner last year over the Sardinian ground. The French thus takes down his second consecutive victory after the Rally of New Zealand and the thirteenth one since his beginnings into World. Current leader of the Championship Control, Petter Solberg seizes the second place and the eight points which go with. Unfortunately this very good result will not enable him to preserve its position of leader since it will have to yield it to its principal rival, Sebastien Loeb, who is installed at the head of the championship with only one point in advance on Solberg...
